MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
(If accepted into the Guild, yearly dues are required with membership. )
Along with this form, the applicant must submit:
1. A letter describing his or her art form, artistic background and experience and reason for wanting to join the Guild, and
2. Photographs, slides or digital images of their work. (Send digital files to: barmstro@hughes.net )
The applicant must be prepared to provide samples of his or her work to the jury committee. Arrangement for this will be made upon receipt of the application.
